Swim Queensland

Swim Queensland is both a new event AND concept and will launch World Series Swims on Saturday October 24, 2015.

Every year, the event will travel to a different Queensland beach to offer a fresh, new challenge.  In 2015, Swim Queensland will be held at Mooloolaba, one of the Sunshine Coast’s most popular beaches.

For some, open water swimming can be a daunting concept.  So, we’ve designed a safe, achievable course with a range of distances – it’s as close to a pool lane as you’ll get in the ocean.

We’ll have events for every ability, from kids and beginners through to competitive swimmers and triathletes in training.
