It is not just a question of having great compassion and wishing for beings to be free from suffering, it requires courage to take responsibility for helping and liberating them.’ Dalai Lama October 5 2016 Special Guest Geshe Sherab returns once again to inspire us with teachings on one of the most revered texts in Tibetan Buddhism, Nagajuna’s “Precious Garland”.

This week-long retreat is an incredible opportunity to learn the key points of how to develop wisdom and compassion direct from a master fluent in English. Geshe Sherab will show us how we can bravely translate these teachings into our own compassionate actions. This text contain everything we need to reach our full potential and is a favourite of His Holiness Dalai Lama, who says, ‘To become a Buddha we need to develop the awakening mind of bodhichitta and the non-dual wisdom understanding emptiness.’ Join us for this week long exploration of how to combine heart and mind by training in wisdom and compassion.
