Are you in love with Thai food? Want to create a delicious and authentic Thai Banquet to delight your friends and family? This is the course for you! Over four fun mornings Lek will introduce you to the fresh flavours of Thailand, straight from her garden. She'll show you what to do with a range of exotic ingredients so that you can create a banquet for friends with ease and confidence.

Classes are small, interactive and hands-on designed for those with a passion for cooking or those who would like to build their confidence in the kitchen. We'll show you some great tips for preparing these delicious recipes - for vegetarians and vegans and without soy. Join this fun, creative and rewarding class and learn the tricks of the trade that will reduce the hard work and have you really enjoying your cooking. Best of all we end the class with a shared tasting plate, so your lesson will be a delicious culinary adventure!

January 15 Week 1 : Entrees such as spring rolls and curry puffs January 22 Week 2: Green or Red curry from scratch including authentic curry paste January 29 Week 3: Desserts, sticky rice with mango and tapioca pudding February 5th Week 4: Dinner party plans, finger foods and Thai style food decoration. Facility Fee: $60 per lesson or whole course for $240 Please wear closed in shoes to protect your toes and comfortable clothing you for this interactive session.

Apart from the formal study programmes, Chenrezig Institute is a peaceful, calm and relaxing place to spend a few hours, days or weeks. Stroll along the bush paths, wander in formal garden, espresso in the cafe or a vegetarian meal.
