Award-winning Chicago restaurant and home of the two-time Pork Shoulder World Champion – Lillie’s Q – is now popping up in Melbourne.

Acclaimed BBQ Chef and founder of Lillie’s Q – Charlie McKenna – will take over Fancy Hanks for three days of meat-sweat inducing deliciousness ahead of his appearance at Meatstock.

Charlie will be serving up some of his all-time favourite dishes with those attending to be amongst the first in Australia to try his award-winning and internationally acclaimed BBQ cooking.
