MEDITATIVE PAINTING – The art of letting go… Do you want to make some dramatic changes to your art practice, to explore new possibilities? In this workshop you can release all of your preconceived ideas and get in touch with and express your creative self freely. Abandon all outcomes and pressures of the everyday and explore your body and mind connection at your own pace. BE present and just breathe through the whole process.

The MEDITATIVE PAINTING workshop is suited to all experience levels.

ALL art materials supplied, just bring your creative self!

Timings: 8:45am for a 9am start – 12pm

*Bring yourself and the creative beast that you seek to unlock
*Wear clothing that you are ok with getting paint on (maybe bring a change of clothes)…You will get messy!
*An open mind

*All Acrylic paints and art materials
*Variety of Tea and Coffee
*Gluten and Sugar Free Morning Tea (please indicate if you have any dietary requirements)

Additional information: To confirm your booking and allow for supplies to be sourced, please pay a week or earlier prior to the date of the workshop. Due to the need to purchase workshop supplies, refunds of fees may occur no later than one week prior to the workshop date, after which a workshop credit will be provided.
