Ladies Only MTB Ride

On the third Saturday of every month, Giant Sunshine Coast in association with Liv Cycling Australia, run a ladies only MTB ride. Supported by shop female staff and local Liv ambassadors, these rides are all about encouraging women into cycling and enjoying the social aspect of a group.

The riders are given encouragement and tips on how to improve their cycling performance, and it is a great opportunity to make new cycling friends.

Riders do need to be riding a well maintained mountain bike, and possess basic bike skills.
