South Asian Food Festival: A cultural and culinary extravaganza

To mark this grand occasion we are celebrating South Asia's rich culinary experience and tradition. We will mark this day by celebrating India's culture, music and dance and also make this event more exciting by showcasing various foods South Asia has to offer.

This festival hosts a Spice Market, which also includes a series of pottery workshops, art exhibition, yoga teaching, performances, symposia, exhibitions and fests.

Being the first food festival with a South Asian Flavour the event promises to evoke a lot of response from Victoria's large Multi Cultural population. South Asian food is gaining popularity across Australia. With more and more families cooking and experiencing Asian food at home their interest in Asian food is immense. This will drive potentially a huge number of audience from various communities including other multicultural communities.

As a business, this is a perfect opportunity for you to showcase your products/services at the venue.

The festival grounds at the Werribee Race course will turn into a playground of food and culture. With numerous activities for families including kid rides, entertainment, games and camel rides, the event promises to be a trip into a world of culture, spice, colour, patriotism and music.
