Enduring Power of Attorney and Advanced Health Directives

 Just as Wills are an essential part of everyone’s life plan, so should EPAs and AHDs be. At this session attendees will be provided with an outline of the key elements that EPA’s and AHDs should contain. Attendees will be introduced to the standard forms that EPAs and AHDs take in Queensland, and given ‘thought starters’ as to who should be involved in their preparation and utilisation.
