Great Australian Curry Brisbane Launch Event

Join us for a very special night of delicious food and a crazy fun celebrity curry cook-off as we celebrate the 2017 launch of the Great Australian Curry!

The Great Australian Curry is all about enjoying a curry with friends while raising much-needed funds to help families living in poverty in Asia. Funds raised will help Opportunity International Australia provide small loans to families in need, giving them a hand up to build their own businesses, earn regular incomes and begin to leave poverty behind.

We’re thrilled to announce that behind the burners for the curry cook-off will be our beloved sporting heroes Stephanie Rice and Michael Kasprowicz as they go head-to-head with star mother-daughter duo from My Kitchen Rules, Valerie & Courtney Ferdinands.

This exciting event will be at INDRIYA, Brisbane’s first contemporary Indian restaurant. Renowned head chef, Eugene Lee will take you on a spiced infused journey serving up ancient recipes with a contemporary twist.
