Living Simply Living Smart

Join local author Rhonda Hetzel as she explains how to live the ‘simple life’. This session covers topics such as sustainablility in the backyard, keeping chooks, growing fruit or vegetables and harvesting water from the roof. Rhonda will also demonstrate the importance of debt reduction and frugality and how these two concepts can be attained by cooking from scratch, shopping mindfully, recycling and reusing. Further to these practical aspects Rhonda talks about slowing down, living mindfully and finding happiness in every day life. Participants will develop new ways to think about their lives and learn how to identify priorities and create a plan for how they want to live.
