We all have our own happiness baseline, moving above and below depending on emotional and environmental factors. Psychologists have proven that half our baseline happiness is genetic, but that 40% of our happiness is determined by our actions, and it is easy to increase our state of happiness. This All Roads To Happiness symposium is designed to share proven ways for us all to become happy or happier.

A key point in this year's talk will be ADULT RESILIENCE.
