Introduction to Crossfit and human movement for over 50’s.
CrossFit is strength and conditioning program that promotes comprehensive physical fitness and restored vitality. The CrossFit Prescription is; “Constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements.” We do do things like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, and running executed SAFELY and at high intensity, these are movement we perform in everyday life.
Every workout is scalable, which means that anybody can participate within their ability.
During the course you will learn how to use your body and effectively train and obtain an optimal fitness level for yourself. You will also learn basic human movement principals as well as tips on mobility techniques, goal setting, nutrition and general wellbeing.
This course is tailored to all people and all fitness levels over the age of 50
