Golf for Juniors - 12 - 17 Years

In this age group we focus on developing stability, mobility, agility, balance, co-ordination and speed. This course is for those that are absolute beginners and have no official Club handicap.

Here at the Sunshine Coast Golf Academy and the Horton Park Golf Club, we engender Junior Golf. We also continue to produce champions and introduce skills for life.

Golf is a game that requires a standard of etiquette, (social skills) and we look to that as a fundamental in this program.

Our Director of Instruction, Di Pavich will take you through all facets of the game.

Topics include

• Knowledge of equipment.
• Grip and set up.
• Introduction to the full swing.
• Introduction to the short game. Putting, Chipping, Pitching and Bunkers..
• Etiquette and terminology..
