Kid's Ready 4 Life - Confidence Building Boys & Girls 7-10 yrs
The Kids Ready 4 Life course is designed to strengthen children’s self-esteem and self-confidence whilst developing self-awareness, mental and inner strength.
The course will support your child in developing the key life skills they need to survive and flourish in today’s challenging world. This fun, interactive and inspiring program (run in 2 age groups: 7-10 years boy & girl and 11-14yrs girls only) incorporates games, activities, exercises and discussion topics to help strengthen their body, mind and connection to their Inner Wisdom.
