Managing Key Life Transitions and Changes

Change over the duration of our lifetime is inevitable. Sometimes these changes can be quite daunting, challenging or stressful, especially when experiencing these changes for the first time. This course is aimed at helping students adapt with key life transitions.

The course is ideal for students transitioning from a married couple into first time parents, or for students transitioning from parenting a full house to being ‘empty nesters’ or for students transitioning from career into retirement.
