This course teaches the essential fundamentals of photography; how a camera works, and how you can move away from the Auto dial and start to use the semi-automatic and manual modes that allow for creative choices within photography. 

We start with basic camera operations and theory, before moving on to lighting, exposure, camera modes and focus techniques as well as looking at composition, design principles and much more.

By the end of this 6 week course you should have the foundations of photography under your belt, and a limitless world of creativity in front of you.

The course includes one night session which is a great time to look at both the difficulties and opportunities low light photography and light painting has to offer.
