Reiki - Level 1 

Reiki uses a special form of 'ki' or energy to re-balance and charge the bodies energy system. Students will learn the practice of harnessing energy to create balance in oneself and others. This Level One course is delivered over 2 sessions to allow student to grow with their practice and give you the time, space and support to understand the impact of the Reiki Energy on your life.

It is not about rushing to have a diploma starting or exploring Reiki is about change, growth and authenticity. Embracing the Reiki philosophy is a commitment to oneself to endeavour to become a better person and to use the Reiki energy with integrity. Reiki brings more than healing, it is a way of life, an inspiring way of “Being” bringing joy, peace and harmony at every minute of life.

This is a great course for people wanting to explore a method of natural healing or begin a journey to becoming a Reiki Master with expert tutor and Reiki Master Christine Maudy.

Tutor Christine is a Reiki III Master and Teacher and has been delivering and practicing Reiki for many years. Reiki is a safe, non-invasive technique, which can be used to treat physical, mental and emotional imbalance in the body. Reiki helps increase energy levels, relieve pain, promotes well being and brings spiritual awareness. Reiki “Universal life energy” is an ancient method of healing and personal growth discovered by Dr. Mikao Usui in the early nineteenth century in Japan.
