Always wanted to grace the tennis court but need to learn the basics first? 

This Tennis for Beginners course is a great first step at building your tennis skills in a fun and professional atmosphere. The course is designed for people who have never played tennis before or who have never had professional coaching and want to hone their skills.

Your professional coach will take you through all the basics that will allow you to be playing to your level by the end of the course. Once you have completed the beginners course you can progress onto the intermediates course where you can further hone your skills. 

All tennis racquets and balls will be provided so all you need is appropriate sporting attire, comfortable shoes such as runners or tennis shoes and a bottle of water.

Topics to be covered include:

• Grips and stances
• Forehand and Backhand Ground strokes
• Start to rally from mid court
• Basics of net play- volley
• Introduction to serving
• Introduction to matchplay
