Jen Shaw from Barefoot Kitchens is offering two 3 hour kitchen workshops, focussing on grain, gluten and refined sugar free food. Learn how to create a delicious Paleo breakfast, main and something scrumptiously sweet using natural whole foods. Jen will explain the foundation elements of living Paleo as well as her philosophies on nutrition and life using the template of the world's wild people.?
