Family Fun in Felicity Park

Felicity Park in Caloundra will be host to a fun-filled day of arts and crafts, book launch, sausage sizzle and popular Suitcase Rummage. Come for a bargain and find some rare beauties or have an old fashioned haggle as you sell your wares for another’s treasure. There will also be an opportunity for kids to get creative and colourful with the latest Kids on Tour program from the Queensland Art Gallery | Gallery of Modern Art (QAGOMA) called Pattern Bandits. The art activity will explore the transformative and immersive qualities of camouflage and kaleidoscopes.

Learn about Peace and Happiness from Ven Tenzin Namdag, a Buddist nun, who will be providing a session of enlightenment (suitable for all ages) from 11am till Noon.
And lastly join the Friends of the Caloundra Lighthouses to celebrate the launch of the children’s picture storybook ‘The Little Lighthouse’ written by John Bradley and illustrated by Diane Somers-Cook. To be launched by Councillor Tim Dwyer at 1.00 pm.
