Matt Stillert @ The Yacht Club

Matt Stillert has a dynamic style of Alternative Blues/Roots music ranging from soulful poetic folk melodies, to high energy foot stomping blues/rock. He's recorded a six track ep called "Don't Fear The Beard". "For me, every song should stand strong with it's own story and groove. With this in mind, when you listen to my recordings, you'll find that each song has a unique character, with different styles of singing, playing and writing".

There is a real contrast between the recordings and Matts live show. Having produced some very layered, rich recordings, his live show is very raw. With strong, driving blues grooves and wailing vocals with gusto and soul. Once you've seen Mr Stillert live you'll see that his music speaks for itself.
