Are you tired of suffering from the pressures of modern work life? Feeling constantly stressed and overloaded?
Has the joy gone out of your career because you are always distracted, working on autopilot and just going through the motions?
Would you be a more effective leader, team member or colleague if you were consistently focused, calmer and clearer?
Or are you looking for greater balance and resilience, enhanced energy and a good night’s sleep?
This secular Corporate Based Mindfulness weekend will give you practical tools and techniques that can be applied in any work setting to achieve sustainable high performance with less stress.
Specifically designed for busy executives, business owners, managers and employees, the course combines scientifically validated learnings from neuroscience, organisational development and mind training.
Over this enjoyable and highly interactive weekend you will experience guided mindfulness training and learn mindful work techniques and mental strategies to enhance both your performance and wellbeing.
You will gain the skills to:
- Reduce stress and burnout
- Improve your attention and focus
- Respond, rather than react
- Communicate more effectively
- Prioritize what’s important
- Be more present at work and at home
- See things with fresh eyes
- Be kinder and more patient
- Boost your energy
- Feel happier!
This is a two day course, finishing on Sunday 28 June. Participants will also receive take-home materials including a mindfulness manual, CD and visual aids to remind you to work more mindfully every day.
