Where: Tallows Beach, Byron Bay

Rest, relax and rejuvenate on the beach at Byron Bay. A retreat filled with lots of Yoga, meditation and relaxation, healing sessions and swimming topped off with lovingly prepared organic food.

Yoga: A 2 hr vinyasa flow style class every morning, with a focus on alignment, breath and connection a great way to start the day. A yoga nidra during the day with the emphasis on relaxation and finishing the day with a Yin style flow for balance.

Your Accommodation: Secluded beach houses set on the edge of Arakwal national park in a private 30-acre sanctuary with beachfront access halfway between the lighthouse and Broken Head. Private space with undercover decks and only a 60m walk to the beach! Fully self contained, reverse cycle air-conditioning, Access to cycle way into Byron.

Meals: Delicious lunches and evening meals lovingly prepared organic food.

A selection of meals supplied with use of self-catering. 5 lunches, 3 Dinners BYO Brekkie.

Costs:

Single Share (sharing a room in a 2 bedroom cottage, 4 people) $950

Single (own room in a 2 bedroom cottage, 2 or 3 people, share bath) $1220

Single ensuite, 3 rooms available (own room in a 3 bedroom cottage, ensuite) $1440

Price includes: Accomodation-6days and 5 nights-Sunday 2pm till Saturday 10am, selected meals-5 lunches and 3 Dinners, Reiki session, All Yoga and meditation sessions.
