Blood and Bone Halloween Banquet at The Bison Bar

The Bison Bar and Darkside Productions present a brand new experience for Halloween with the Blood and Bone Banquet on Saturday 31 October, starting at 6pm.

Celebrate All Hallows Eve by feasting on a unique hybrid 'whole animal' / 'degustation dinner'.  The whole pig, whole fish, dessert table, and salads are extras to the five course menu. Music from DJ Ollie J, wall-size projection art, mingle with the bizarre and beautiful Darkside models all beneath a Halloween night sky. Fire twirlers, psychics and more. Come dressed in your finest blood and bone costume.

Handmade gnocchi in Napolitano sauce on a bed of rocket.
Pan seared scallops, salsa Verde, Jerusalem artichoke puree, Jerusalem artichoke heart chips and bronze fennel tops.
Babushka's bubbling borscht.
Lamb cutlet with tahini and apple cider vinegar dressing.
Squid ink beef Carpaccio with bone marrow crumb and blood plum jus.
