Bullies and Victims Explained

for National Day of Action against Bullying and Violence.  Karen's book 'From Bullied to Brilliant' provides a radical new way to rapidly end the bullying cycle, rediscover strength and find hope and self-acceptance.
The book is based in part on the principles of Mahatma Gandhi's teachings of non-violent resistance and includes a foreword by his grandson, Dr. Arun Gandhi. In it Karen shares real examples of bullying and intimidation, shedding light on how to understand the causes of bullying and more importantly, how to overcome it.
