Mindful and Meaningful Living - Skills for creating more purpose and happiness in 2016. 2015 was gone in the blink of an eye and the new year is upon us. What are your hopes and plans for creating a happier and more meaningful life in 2016?

The fact is, few of us take the time to deeply consider what is most important to us and to reflect on whether we are truly being the person we want to be and living the life we want to live.

Clarifying and connecting with our individual values is an essential step for making life more connected and rewarding in key areas such as relationships, career, health, spirituality, leisure and personal development.

Only by exploring what is most significant for us, what sort of person we want to be and what we want to stand for in life, can we set goals that take us in our desired direction.

While achieving values-based goals can bring more purpose and direction to our life, cultivating a daily mindfulness practice allows us to bring greater calm, joy and wellbeing into every day.

This one-day workshop will teach you not only how to identify your values and set and achieve fulfilling

goals, but how to appreciate every moment of your journey rather than fixating on the destination.

Key workshop outcomes:

Identify your values in key areas of your life Understand the difference between goals and values,

Set personally meaningful goals for the year ahead Develop an effective action plan,

Overcome fear and self-sabotage that can sometimes derail plans for growth and change,

Recognize and reset when you are not living our values boost resilience bring greater calm, relaxation, focus and clarity to each day,
