Natural Yoga - An Eco Yoga Weekend Retreat with Paul Wood
Chenrezig Institute 9:00am - 3:30pm

The ancient yogis understood the symbiotic relationship between nature and our health. They taught us to respect nature and work with its many rhythms, so we can enjoy ease, harmony and balance in our lives.
Our environment directly affects us wherever we are, so to experience yoga in a beautiful setting is to draw even deeper into a source of stillness and rest.
On this retreat we will explore our place within our natural surroundings and look at how to increase our well being with the help of yogic ideas and philosophy. Where better to practice than Chenrezig Institute, set in 160 acres of pristine rainforest? The schedule also includes daily asana practice (physical exercise), pranayama (breathing exercise) and deep relaxation/mediation.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and blanket.
All are welcome. Some experience of yoga is helpful, but not necessary. However, anyone with serious illness or injury must apply to Chenrezig Institute in writing.
Saturday 2 April 9.00 am - Sunday 3 April 3.30 pm, held in the Community Room, off the main car park.
Facility fee $190.10% discount for members and concession card holders.
Accommodation and meals available separately. Meals must be booked before 10 am on the day of the event.
