The practice of mindfulness is straightforward and practical. To learn more about it, join us a for this one-day intensive course. It covers the techniques of mindfulness training, gives us the opportunity to spend a day practicing in silence, and shows us how to use mindfulness to relate to our everyday experiences in the most effective and intelligent ways.
This is a secular course equally appropriate for people with little or no spiritual tradition.

NeLi Martin is a psychologist in private practice and a meditation and yoga teacher, and integrates her psychology training with many years of mindfulness study and practice.
Dr. Samantha Clarke is a clinical psychologist and the co-director of Sunshine Coast Clinical Psychology. She has trained staff and university students across Australia, and has given numerous public talks around the world
