Join us for an evening with world-renowned Buddhist nun Venerable Robina Courtin. Leave behind your usual diversion tactics of eating, drinking, electronic devices, or whatever your specific weakness is - and learn new skills that will enable you to nurture yourself.

Stop plodding along in the same old pattern of dissatisfaction and a yearning for more. Make this evening your first step towards creating a meaningful life for yourself, and, as a wonderful by-product, for those around you.

After the one-hour teaching, sit back and enjoy a cup of tea and cake while watching the movie Chasing Buddha. In this bold, powerful, multi-award winning film follow Venerable Robina into the heart of America's bible belt, where she visits Kentucky State Penitentiary. As part of the Liberation Prison Project, Venerable Robina guides death row inmates and others on the path to a meaningful life. Be inspired by one man's journey to better his life and help others overcome the most onerous circumstances.
