Yogis have long known the art of remaining healthy & youthful beyond their years. The practice of yoga looks at different aspects of our being to bring ourselves into optimum health. In this retreat we will explore these yogic ideas and how we can apply them to our everyday lives.
Enjoy rejuvenating yoga, learn about diet, life-force energy (prana) and breath-work (pranayama). Including all this and more, Chenrezig Institute is offering this two day Wellness and Yoga package.
You are invited to spend two days in the beautiful rainforest setting of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland to regenerate your body and mind. Create your own retreat schedule by choosing from our offer of various practice sessions in yoga, meditation, relaxation, and Buddhist philosophy. Do as much or little as you want!
Furthermore you have the opportunity to book extra one-on-one sessions, including massage, aromatherapy, Bowen Therapy and energy healing treatments.
This is your time to relax, be inspired and recharge in the idyllic natural surrounds of one of Australia’s oldest Buddhist centres!
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, water bottle and blanket, if you can.
All welcome, some experience of yoga is helpful but not necessary. However, anyone with serious illness or injury must apply to Chenrezig Institute in writing.
