Family Dharma Retreat

Escape the hustle and bustle of the pre-Christmas madness and settle in peacefully with us for three days of inspiring, meaningful and peaceful activities for you and your family in our lush sub-tropical surroundings. The retreat will be led by our experienced Dharma Club team and feature the wonderful Venerable Drolkar. Have lots of fun with daily art, craft and games! Be gently guided through daily meditation and mindfulness practices Mum and Dads, find solutions and acquire practical skills in a Mindful Parenting workshop and Emotional Balance for Families Gather round the campfire to share stories and songs Create beautiful lanterns as light offerings to celebrate Lama Tsongkhapa Day. This promises to be a memorable evening as we parade our lanterns up the hill to the Gompa, illuminating the night with fantastic colour and light. Enjoy the stillness and quiet of sleeping at Chenrezig, with just the frogs, cicadas and crickets to send you to your dreams Come as day guests, or enjoy a holistic experience and stay with us. Wednesday 21 December 5pm - Saturday 24 December 9am. Facility Fee $120 - per family including a donation to animal charities. Accommodation and meals available separately.
