No matter if you are a newbie, experenced climber or just want to try something new, our youth climb fit class will push you to reach new hights. If you want to try something diffrent to increase your fitness or are looking for climbing tips that will improve your climbing then climb fit is for you.
We focus on building functional strenght, flexability, power, endurance and technique. Our sessions will suit all fitness and climbing levels to ensure everyone is gaining the maximum results.
