Everyone has opinions and expectations about who and how you should be. Maybe those expectations are not bad, but the question is… are they a good fit with who you really are?

Somewhere deep inside there is an indestructible code that is YOU. It’s not lost but it is hidden from view, even from you. However, there are ways to hack the system and uncover the code. This session helps you do just that and to decipher the hidden mystery while accessing the courage to live YOUR life to the max.

The workshop will include interactive dialogue, break-out groups, and practical meditations.

Presenter:  A successful business innovator, consultant and coach in cultural transformation and a regular student and teacher of meditation, Caroline Ward has until recently been the national co-ordinator of Brahma Kumaris centres in Chile. Caroline has written two books on women’s transformation: The Four Faces of Woman and My Courage Your Courage.
