Learn to reduce stress in a really practical way.
Mindfulness is perfect for beginners as it helps us create a relaxation response. Each week we begin to feel more calm as our body and mind recognises how to relax. I guide you through the process so bring your busy mind, your anxiety and any other frustrations. You'll very quickly pick up some stress-reduction techniques that you can use in everyday life.
Classes are held weekly at the Coolum Lions Club, 14 Russell Street, Coolum Beach.
Beginners are welcome.
Sessions are split into two short meditations of 20 minutes each so you can stretch and ask questions in between.
Meditation cushions and mats are provided. Chairs are available if you prefer. Wear something comfy.
This is a small, friendly group. Maximum 10 people.
$15 per person.
