NAMBAS TENNIS OPEN DAY + MIGAS TRAINEES AND APPRENTICES INFORMATION DAY
Sunday 17th May 2015. From 10am to 2.30pm
Sausage Sizzle, Information Day, Tennis games, Test your speed on the tennis serve machine and prizes. Come along and find out what tennis is all about. Find out about Trainees and Apprentices program. All this at the NAMBOUR SHOWGROUNDS.
Nambas Tennis Club at the Nambour showground, in conjunction with MIGAS Trainees and Apprentice are holding an open day. We are promoting the great game of tennis, which can be played, taught and enjoyed at any age. This is a lifelong sport and can be played at any ability. Tennis is also a fantastic family game, several generations can have games of tennis together, enjoy a social and active afternoon all for a low cost.
NAMBAS Tennis club offer many social days, including a beginner session where you have on the court guidance. We have several players who enjoy the more relaxed style of tennis and at the same time practice their tennis techniques. As you become more advance and wish to play at different levels, we have social days for this as well. In addition to this, we have Saturday social junior hit ups, junior fixtures, adult fixtures and veteran tennis. We are situated at the showgrounds which makes for easy access and plenty of parking.
MIGAS Trainees and Apprentices representative will also be there at the OPEN day. If you yourself wish to enquire about trainees and apprentices or have a child year 9 or older interested, please come down and speak with the MIGAS representative.
On the OPEN day itself, we will have a sausage sizzle, have a tennis speed serve machine, tennis games, hot shot tennis and prizes.
NAMBAS Tennis club is a non profit sporting club, part of Nambour history since the early 1940's. We want to keep our great club going and to do this, we need all generations of tennis players, all levels and promote community/family togetherness.
